   We arrive and check

   We make sure the spot and the vehicle can be serviced safely.

   Payment, then the attempt

   Payment is collected at the vehicle before the jump-start attempt. Card payment is accepted on site.

The charge covers the trip and a safe jump-start attempt. A start can't be promised, because some no-start problems are not the battery.
