Service Policy

Sioux Falls Jump Start provides mobile 12-volt jump-start assistance for ordinary passenger vehicles, SUVs, minivans, and light-duty pickups when the vehicle and the location can be serviced safely.

The service charge covers the mobile service call and a safe jump-start attempt. Because some no-start conditions are caused by problems other than a discharged battery, a successful start cannot be guaranteed.

Vehicles or locations that cannot be safely serviced may be declined before the jump attempt. Payment is collected at the vehicle before the attempt, after that check. Card payment is accepted on site. There is no online payment on this website. If the vehicle or location cannot be safely serviced and no jump-start attempt is made, no service fee is charged.
